As a result, I can't add it to packages because it doesn't support the Vhannibal setting, and package creation scripts would remove this reference. Because it does not exist in an exemplary settint. Thanks to this, everything that is new is immediately added and the old non-existent one is automatically removed. Therefore, the packages do not contain old non-existent but various non-existent (defective) user references cannot be added.
If you do not want to use Vhannibal, you must manually rename the picona reference.

Seems that there was a mistake, there is wrong picon for TVC (1_0_1_12CA_2E7C_13E_820000_0_0_0) now.
Correct one should look like:
